I am not associated with the site in any way other than being a member, but if you post your pictures there brilliantly talented photographers from all over the world will give you helpful criticism on making your shots mre effective and powerful. It's really a good place to learn even if you do not want to post you can look at other peoples postings and learn from the comments made about them.
